When a caller dials in, Seshnova validates the PIN or account, checks the balance, and authorises the destination. If there's not enough credit for the route, the call is refused before it connects.

While the call is connected, it's metered per second against the destination rate. The charge is applied and the balance decremented live — so the available credit always reflects the call in progress.

→ Credit hits zero — call ends
